Q: Do you do custom patches or embroidery
A: We do offer patches and embroidery as well as challenge coins and promotional items.
Q: Is there a minimum order
A: We have a minimum of 48 pieces to qualify for bulk orders. There are no minimums for embroidery or on line orders.
Q: What types of shirts can I get and colors
A: Firstresponder.shop is your store. You can offer your personnel any type, brand, quality or color apparel that is available through our many apparel wholesalers.
Q: Is there a cost for site set up, screen print, embroidery set up and art work
A: There are no upfront or hidden costs. Firstresponder.shop covers all site setup, monthly fees, maintenance and processing fees as well as art preparation fees.
Q: Shipping fees and types of shipping
A: You can choose either USPS or FedEx shipping for your orders. Freight is calculated real time based on your location and shipment weight.
Q: Can I get promotional items with our logo on it.
A: We do offer a complete line of decorated promotional items. Since this category is so extensive we ask you either call or email so we can discuss the various options.
Q: What format does the logo need to be in
A: We prefer vector art (Illustrator .ai or .eps) files but can accept most graphic file formats. Files other than vector art files may require a longer processing time due to the time it takes to recreate your art.
Q: What forms of payment do you take
A: Credit card or PayPal payment is accepted on our website. With approved accounts and prior authorization we will accept Purchase Orders and check or ACH payments.
Q: Turnaround time.
A: Depending on the size of your order, shipment can be anywhere between 5 to 7 days after you order up to 3- 4 weeks. Special order items can take longer. Refer to the Special Order guide for an approximate lead time for Special Orders.
Q: Return policy
A: Non decorated apparel can be returned for full credit (See the refund policy on our checkout page.) We are sorry but most of our products are custom decorated and not eligible for return once printed and shipped.
Q: Cost for multi color screen print
A: All of our stores are custom priced based on your specific requirements. We don’t utilize “one size fits all” pricing in order to provide you with the best pricing possible based on your needs.
Q: Is my information secure
A: Your store is guaranteed the highest level of security. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Woocommcerce uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.
Q: Can non-members order our shirts
A: Your store is password protected to prevent unauthorized persons from purchasing your specific apparel. If a passcode is provided by you to others outside your organization they will be able to access your store. Should you wish the public to access product in order to raise funds for your department, contact us about setting up a retail version of your store for fundraising.
